Perhaps you should add instructions for adding the email signature in MS Outlook 2010.

Also, when I try to copy and paste the image in Outlook 2010, the rounded corners show black background against my white email page. Is there a version with a transparent background?

Cheri,
Here is a link detailing the steps to add a signature in MS Outlook 2010.

People who use online email (yahoo, google, etc) should also be able to add a signature. Here are the steps for gmail.

As for the “black background” – the images above are already transparent. However, certain systems may have trouble with the transparency. If that is the case, you can use this version with a white background.

Can these logos be used for fundraising products (like water bottles) for an official PCC project?

Is there a way I can use the signature in the Sun Java version of the pcc email system before we switch to gmail?
